Ingredients

– 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 3/4 cup granulated sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 medium bananas)

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Glaze:

– 2 cups powdered sugar

– 3-4 tablespoons milk or cream


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. 3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

4. 4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
