– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2-3 medium bananas)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon baking powder

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder. You can also add chopped walnuts or pecans to the batter. Store the Banana Bread Brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
