Balsamic Glazed One Pan Chicken is a delicious and easy weeknight meal. Tender chicken thighs are cooked in a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze for a caramelized, flavor-packed dish that’s ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
– 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
– 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
4. Pour the balsamic glaze over the chicken and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, basting the chicken with the glaze halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
6. Serve the Balsamic Glazed One Pan Chicken immediately, garnished with fresh thyme if desired.
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled to serve a larger crowd. For a creamier texture, you can stir in a tablespoon of butter to the glaze before serving. Leftovers reheat well in the oven or microwave.
