Ingredients
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp Italian seasoning
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. – In a shallow baking dish, place the chicken breasts.
3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the marinade over the chicken, turning to coat evenly.
4. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
5. – Remove from oven and top each chicken breast with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. – Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. – Serve hot and enjoy!
