Ingredients

– 1 lb cod fillets

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 lemon, juiced

– 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 2 tbsp mayonnaise

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 1 garlic clove, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Place cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

2. – In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, dill, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

3. – Pour the lemon-dill sauce over the cod, making sure to coat the fillets evenly.
