Baked Cajun Salmon with a creamy Avocado Lime Sauce is a quick and easy dinner recipe that’s packed with flavor and nutrition.


Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets

– 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

– 1 avocado, diced

– 1/4 cup lime juice

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – Pat the salmon fillets dry and season all over with the Cajun seasoning.

3. – Place the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.

4. – In a small bowl, combine the diced avocado, lime juice, olive oil, honey, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

5. – Serve the baked Cajun salmon immediately, with the avocado lime sauce spooned over the top.

Notes

This recipe can also be made on the stovetop. Simply cook the seasoned salmon fillets in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
