Instructions

3. 3. Stuff each date with a small amount of goat cheese.
4. 4. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
5. 5. Arrange the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. 6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
