Description

Satisfy your sweet tooth with these mouthwatering Apple Pie Jello Shots – a delightful twist on the classic dessert. Infused with the flavors of fresh apples, cinnamon, and a touch of sweetness, these jello shots are perfect for parties, gatherings, or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

– 2 cups apple cider

– 1 packet unflavored gelatin

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

– 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced

– Whipped cream, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine the apple cider, gelatin, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin and sugar have dissolved, about 5 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and stir in the diced apples.

3. Pour the mixture into shot glasses or small cups, filling them about 3/4 full.

4. Refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.

5. Top each jello shot with a dollop of whipped cream before serving, if desired.

Notes

For a more pronounced apple flavor, you can substitute half of the apple cider with apple juice or apple sauce. You can also experiment with different spices, such as allspice or ginger, to create your own unique twist on the recipe.
