This Antipasto Cream Cheese Log is a mouthwatering appetizer that combines the rich, creamy texture of cream cheese with the bold flavors of Italian meats, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. It’s a quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

– 16 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup finely chopped Italian meats (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni)

– 1/2 cup chopped green olives

– 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

– 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

2. 2. Stir in the chopped Italian meats, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.

3. 3. Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean work surface. Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the plastic wrap and shape it into a log.

4. 4. Wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the log and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to 3 days.

5. 5. When ready to serve, unwrap the log and place it on a serving board. Garnish with additional fresh parsley, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes if desired.

6. 6. Serve the Antipasto Cream Cheese Log with your favorite crackers or crusty bread.
