Description

These Air Fryer Sourdough Pizza Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or appetizer. Crispy on the outside and filled with gooey cheese and savory pepperoni, they’re ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

– 1 can refrigerated sourdough pizza crust

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup diced pepperoni

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

– Marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

1. – Preheat air fryer to 380°F.

2. – Unroll the pizza dough and cut into 12 equal pieces.

3. – In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella, pepperoni, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano.

4. – Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each piece of dough. Fold the dough over and crimp the edges to seal.

5. – Arrange the filled rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

6. – Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

7. – Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

– For a spicier version, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the filling.

– Swap out the pepperoni for other pizza toppings like sausage, bell peppers, or mushrooms.

– Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer before serving.
