Perfectly crispy and flavorful Air Fryer Roasted Carrots are a quick and healthy side dish that’s ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
– 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
1. – Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
2. – In a large bowl, toss the carrot pieces with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme until well coated.
3. – Transfer the carrots to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
4. – Air fry for 18-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until the carrots are tender and lightly browned.
5. – Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispy carrots, toss them with the oil and spices just before air frying. You can also add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or chopped parsley for extra flavor.
