Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded lettuce
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup sliced black olives
– 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning. Set aside.
2. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the refried beans in an even layer.
3. Top the beans with the seasoned ground beef.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined. Spread this mixture over the ground beef layer.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer.
6. Top with the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and green onions.
7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
